Delete your Minuvia account

You can delete your Minuvia account from inside the app, or request account deletion using the contact option below.

Delete your account in the app

The quickest way to request deletion is through your Minuvia profile.

    Open Minuvia and sign in to your account.

    Open My profile.
  3. 3
    Scroll to the Account section.

    Select Delete profile.

    Follow the on-screen confirmation steps.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing Minuvia support.

Please contact us from the email address associated with your Minuvia account where possible. This helps us identify the correct account and protect users from unauthorised deletion requests.

What your request covers

A deletion request covers your Minuvia account and associated personal information that Minuvia is able and required to delete.

ACCOUNT Account information

Information used to identify and authenticate your Minuvia account.

ONLINE DATA Associated online data

Personal data linked to your Minuvia account that is eligible for deletion.

LEARNING Learning information

Account-linked learning and revision information that is eligible for deletion.

DEVICE Local device data

Data stored only on your own device may also need to be removed by clearing the app's local data or uninstalling the app.

Information we may need to retain

Account deletion does not always mean every record can be removed immediately. We may retain limited information where this is required or permitted by law, needed for security or fraud prevention, or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Subscriptions and purchases

Deleting a Minuvia account does not necessarily cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscription billing is managed by the store through which the subscription was purchased.

If you have an active Premium subscription, check your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings as well as requesting deletion of your Minuvia account.
