ABOUT MINUVIA

Built by teachers. Designed around progress.

Minuvia is built around one simple idea: small, focused actions, repeated consistently, can build into meaningful progress.

Our approach brings together short notes, audio, diagrams, quizzes and guided revision to make starting easier, learning clearer and progress more visible.

Our story
OUR APPROACH

Mini moves. Consistent progress.

Minuvia grew from years in the classroom and a shared belief that improvement becomes more achievable when learning is clear, manageable and repeated consistently over time.

01

Keep it manageable

Short, focused learning makes it easier for students to start and easier to keep going.

03

Make progress visible

Guided revision and progress tracking help students understand what to work on next.

15 years teaching Business across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5, with experience leading GCSE Business, BTEC Business and A Level Business.

I’ve spent 15 years teaching Business across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5, with experience leading GCSE Business, BTEC Business and A Level Business. Throughout those roles, my focus has always been the same: improving outcomes by making learning purposeful, structured and achievable.

As Head of Business at GCSE, BTEC Business Lead at Key Stage 5 and A Level Business Curriculum Lead, I’ve consistently improved departmental outcomes and key performance measures, often within a relatively short period of time. That experience has shown me that improvement doesn’t usually come from doing more — it comes from helping students understand exactly what they need to know, giving them the right opportunities to practise it, and making their progress visible.

Having ADHD myself has also shaped the way I think about learning. I understand the value of short, focused learning episodes, clear goals and the motivation that comes from quick wins. But short doesn’t mean unstructured. Students still need guidance, direction and a clear journey through their course.

That thinking sits at the heart of Minuvia. We wanted to create something that breaks Business down into manageable steps while still giving students a structured pathway through their learning. Short notes, quizzes, audio and activities make it easier to start, while progress tracking and guided revision help students understand what to work on next.

For me, Minuvia is about making improvement feel achievable: small, focused actions, repeated consistently, that build into something much bigger over time.

15 years teaching Business qualifications across KS4 and KS5, with SENDCo qualifications and experience leading inclusion in the curriculum.

With 15 years experience teaching Business qualifications across KS4 and KS5 with SENDco qualifications and experience of leading inclusion in the curriculum, I believe in keeping teaching short, sharp and simple.

The powerful knowledge is the absolute foundation for learners to build on and that’s why I am so passionate about our snappy notes, audio files, diagrams and quizzes. I believe in small steps and consistent engagement to get that 1% better. Mini moves, consistent progress over time.

As a parent who recently supported my own child through GCSEs and as a tutor who regularly engages with parents, I know what parents want for their students - something easy yet powerful. Something that helps them start their revision journey.

We’ve built an app that achieves exactly this - mini moves, consistent progress.

WHY MINUVIA

Small steps can build something much bigger.

Minuvia helps students begin, keep moving and see the progress they are making — one focused action at a time.
